Start with: Fat
I usually use pasture butter but sometimes use organic bacon grease.
Next add: Veg
I always use onions and bell peppers, usually cooked sweet potatoes and then put in any other veg I have in the fridge, generally something green like brussels sprouts or broccoli.
End with: Meat
Cooked meat, of course, since we're only browning and heating through. Ground beef, chicken, ham. I've even used grass fed hot dog chunks before.
Generously salt and pepper, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes and then shovel into your face.
I probably eat this at least a four times a week. Maybe isn't the prettiest bowl of food you've ever seen but it sure is delicious!
